Spaying

My 4 1/2 month mixed lab/beagle had surgery 2 days ago. She was kept overnight in a kennel. She came home in great condition, her incision looks terrific, and she has been normal in every way but one. Before the spaying, she was completely potty trained and rarely went in the house. Now she seems to be urinating more often and doesn't always make it outside to go. Is this something that happens while she recovers? Or could it be that she never gets put in a kennel at home because I have no need to and the one night spent without her sibling in a kennel at the humane society confused her in some way? Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it?
