Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus Syndrome

Our female rotty made it through a GDV surgery two weeks ago and is doing well. We followed all the rules, small meals, no activity after meals, small portions of water and limited playtime after meals with her house-mates, 5 other rotties. She still got the diesease. This is our second rotty to have this disease and we have trained ourselves to watch for all the usual symptoms.
