Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus Syndrome

I had a dog named Max. He was only about 3 years old and a terrier mix. I came from school one day and found him on the floor. He was already dying and he looked at me one last time and died in my arms. If I would have known about this syndrome (GDV) then I would’ve stayed from school and gotten to a vet, so that he may get surgery. That dog was my life, he was everything to me.
