Fleas, Ticks and Mites

I have a 3 year old Boston girl who has didatic mange. She is now on her third course of being dip. It smells and makes her sick for a day. I’ve be told that this is the only course of action. Anyone have any different ideas? I would like a more holistic approach if possible and is there anything I can give her for the itching? I believe that she now has ear mites. I am actually holding for the Vet as I type this.
