Feline Leukemia Virus

we have 5 cats and sascha is our fe luke positive cat. We took her in as a stray , kept her separate until tested. Once tested options offered to us were either euthanize sascha or vaccinate other cats and bring her into our family. We opted to bring her in. That was 3 years ago. Sascha has been in good health except for 2 eye infections treated successfully. Other cats still test negative & are also healthy. Our question is: if we have toys our cats will not play with is there a way to disinfect them and offer them to other cats within our family? Two of our adult sons have family cats and we thought about sharing but were concerned about the feline leukemia transmission. Thanks for any help........
