Re: my lil wonderI love the fact you chose that cat. I am looking at getting a cat right now, and I may get two. One that I have my heart set on has FIV and FeLV, which doesn't bother me. My last cat has FIV and lived to be 17! Also- for the person whose cat tested positive, test them again. I rescued a cat that tested positive (after we had given him to an owner) on the first test and then on the second tested negative. The owner was actually going to put him down (so I was going to take him back, even though I had another cat) and on a whim, to make sure, she tested him again at the vet!
