Losing my cats to feLVI lost two of my babies to the distructive nature of feline leukemia My partner and I had no idea that this existed until we took our Angel to the vet as she was not eating properly and seemed very down and quiet. Re: Losing my cats to feLVYou should have taken your cat for check-ups every couple weeks and the vet could have told you it was time for a blood transfusion. You could have kept your cat alive for another year or two before it needed another one.
You may not have known this then but, im sure you found out after you put your cat down. Vets have a thing about not giving the full amount of information. They are sure quick to tell you to put it to sleep. Sorry about your cats. I just lost mine the other day.
