my rescue kittys

Hi
Over a year ago now I rescued 4 cats from the local Humane Society. all of these cats had a 1400 titre
level and were going to be put to sleep due to this. I had already witnessed over 45-50 cats already put to sleep because they had been tested and had 1400 and up levels. almost all of the cats put down had NO apparent symptoms of FIP nor did they appear sick or sickly at all. I had grown quite fond of the four cats as I had worked at the humane society and directly worked with the cats.

Well after more than a year all of the cats are doing just fine!!!! although if I had left them at the Humane Society they would not be alive today... I just keep thinking if only the humane society would have taken the time to really really research FIP then over 70 cats would still be alive!!!

Shelter and multiple household kitties COV titres will always be high but as you know FIP only happens when the virus mutates, so most likely that's all there is for your kitties, if they haven't gotten sick in a year that is good news. Even dry FIP has noticeable symptoms.
