4 year old female with FIP (diagnosed yesterday)Hi everyone, I'm in Dublin (Ireland) and after investigative surgery on Friday 13th Feb my cat Twinkle was diagnosed with dry form FIP PLEASE can ANYONE recommend SOMETHING that will slow or stop the progression of this disease? She's our only cat, at home most of the time, pops into the garden to go to the loo, loves us and is ADORED by us. We are devastated. Don't want to say goodbye but don't want her to be miserable. Has anything worked? Thanks in advance, Jenny
Re: 4 year old female with FIP (diagnosed yesterday)Dear Jenny,
I just lost my kitten to the wet form of FIP a week after diagnosis. From my readings, it seems the dry type is much slower and you should have many more months with your cat. Someone recommended a homeopathy course of treatment to me but it was too late. I don't know if you have any homeopathic vets in Dublin, but you might want to consult wth one. Good luck. Elayne1454
