feline herpes virus and corneal ulcers

Post a new topicby nancycatania on Fri Feb 15, 2008 11:39 am

Can anyone tell me if idoxuridine is good for the herpes virus and corneal ulcers caused by it?
I have a cat that has herpes and calici virus and develops corneal ulcers. I also have one that
has the same viruses but no ulcers. Is idoxuridine helpful for these conditions and how is it
administered and for how long? Thanks, Nancy
