Rabies concerns

Post a new topicby jag on Mon Nov 12, 2007 8:29 am

We took in a new kitten about two weeks about after it had been bitten by another stray cat.
He has been treated for rabies and was on antibotics for 10 days. He is starting to limp again in his back. Is an infection that does not heal and loss of muscle use in back leg a sign of rabies?

Thanks,

P.S. Should we as the owners be concerns about transmission of rabies

What is the status of your cat now. Since you posted this in the wrong forum topic, and it is over a month now.
