Feline Aggression

Hi. I have siblings, a brother and sister, who grew up together and last month got into a terrible fight. After I got them separated the male turned on me. Everything was calm when I returned home from work but it happened again a couple of weeks ago and they've been separated ever since. In the interim, I've contacted a cat behaviorist and implemented her suggestions and also took the male to the vet and obtained Buspirone. It's difficult with one locked in the bedroom and one loose because they both want to be with me. I have been rotating them in and out of the bedroom (per the cat behaviorist). Anyone have any success stories? I feel like this will never end.
