Parvo vaccine in Rots have lots of trouble. Something about the genetic traits. So do not vaccinate the Rot with Parvo vaccine. Your lucky.

Tamiflu with IV and rest will get the dog thru the disease. So please find yourself a good supply of Tamiflu OK Your dog will be getting Parvo from time to time. They cannot build any immunity to it. Have that IV supply available too along with the cather needles. If treated early and with rest, the dog will be OK

Oh by the way Parvo destroys the bone marrows on the dogs. I suspect the WBC count to be below 4.0 and probably around 2.0 which means your dog will be vulnerable to other infections due to low WBC. An inducer of perhaps Nupogen of around 2.0cc should bring it back up. Should test it about 14 days after giving the Nupogen. If still low keep adding until the WBC reaches near 17.0 which is normal and very good for dogs immunity. Since the bone marrow was destroyed you have to do the test like every 3-4 months to maintain its levels.

The other recourse is having your dog get a bone marrow transplant.

Good luck.
