Wondering about forms of distemper?Hi
I had a french bulldog puppy that I got when it was 8 weeks old, he had all of his vaccinations, I was told he had a small cough when he was younger, but went away with antibiotics. Well to make a long story short, when he was seven months old he had to get put to sleep from distemper my questiion is , since he had his 3 vaccinations, is it possible for the puppy not to be covered for this? And if there are different kind of distemper what are they and are they covered under the normall dhlpp? Thanks Kathy
Re: Wondering about forms of distemper?Kathy there is only one form of distemper. Sorry to see you had to put him to sleep. Are you positive he had distemper virus. What symptoms did he have. Distemper now is treatable and not a lost case anymore. A vaccine that has been around wipes it out. Even though it is not in the journals as of yet.
The doctor that I know has saved well over 500 dogs, and including mine and I got them sitting right here fine and sleeping. 4 of them survived actual Canine Distemper Virus after I injected them with this vaccine. While most VETS say there is nothing they can do, they watch the dog DIE. Well, I am the opposite, and I want these dogs to live so I used this doctors method and they live. go figure.
Re: Wondering about forms of distemper?Hi
Thanks for the reply, my dog was tested for distemper and it diffenatley came back positive at a university dog hospital. What is the name of the vaccine used and did your vet do anything different? Or could I possbly find out the name of your vet to contact him so this dosent happen again. Please respond back I would be very interested in this vaccine that your vet used. Thanks Again Kathy
Re: Wondering about forms of distemper?OK listen up. Describe to me the signs of your dog, does it have goop in the eyes, are the pads hardening up and is the stool show diarrhea etc.
It is crucial to make sure you tell me The name of the vaccine is Newcastles Disease Virus being the LaSota Strain. It needs to be injected into the blood stream with the dosage of 0.1 cc for every pound. If between numbers add another 0.01 cc. 20 pounds needs 2 cc Newcastle, 10 pounds needs 1 cc newcastle and anything less it is 0.1 on down. 5 pound dog will have 0.5 cc and so on. Inject that dog now, and do not wait The name of the Doctor is Doctor Sears and you can write to him an e-mail at antidistemper@aol.com and he answers his mail usually every 24 hours. He just wrote to me a few minutes ago. Don't wait for him but you can write. JUST DO THE INJECTION RIGHT NOW AND TIME IS OF ESSENCE - THAT VIRUS WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU. HURRY AND I MEAN IT GET THAT NEWCASTLES QUICKLY AND IF THE VET DOES NOT HAVE IT ANY AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL DEPARTMENT USUALLY HAS IT ESPECIALLY WHERE THERE IS A LOT OF CHICKENS AROUND. Keep me posted. Now get on it.
Re: Wondering about forms of distemper?Oh sorry Kathy I had four mails here requesting help, and sent the wrong one out to you.
However, the Doctors Name is Doctor Sears and he owns Sears Vetinary Hospital in Lancaster California. He has been doing this for over 30 years. Name of Vaccine is Newcastle Disease Virus of the Lasota strain if no serum is available that Doctor Sears has posted. His direct mail is antidistemper@aol.com you can also read more about Doctor Sears and distemper on http://www.edbond.com/distemper.html He has not done much different except keeps trying to get his method into the journals of which both him and I are having a tough time doing so. Most vets and researchers do not believe that this serum from Doctor Sears works and also that Newcastles Disease Virus that is used in Chickens actually does stop Canine Distemper in the body but does not guarantee that the virus will not go to the brain area. Different immune systems different species etc. However it will take care of it in the body area and blood stream. Also it will not guarantee that the dog will get the OLD DOG Encel later on. This is the bad side effect of Distemper if it gets to the brain area, and when the dog has it, it gets really bad. If in the brain area, and what has been done only a few times a Cerebral Cranial Spinal Tap is performed to take out some brain fluid and mixed with 0.2 cc of newcastles and put back in. The dog will go into shock so the vet better have his IV already flowing to this dog and treat the dog for shock. If done properly the dog will recover. For some reason or another and we do not have all the answers yet, it will kill the distemper virus in the brain area and changes the C4 cell to c4 25 cell and it repairs the Schwann cells which is the part that the distemper virus destroys and the myelin system. We do know and have tested dogs having a very advance stage of OLD DOG Encel, that could not walk and could not see. After doing this proceedure, the dog was able to walk again 10 days later and see again and the brain that got damaged went into regression and was repairing itself. We also do know that once the Distemper virus gets inside and past the blood brain barrier, it will change its properties somehow to avoid triggering the brains immune system from attacking it. The danger here is the immune system once triggered will not know its attacking its own brain cells. Hence that is why the NDV has to come in to stop the mess the immune system is creating all because the virus is there doing the damage to the Schwann cells thus causing very severe seizures in the dogs. How and why we still do not know the answers yet. We also believe low WBC plays a role in foretelling future incidents regarding Distemper, since Distemper also will attack the bone marrow. If the dog has Low WBC, then almost with a high degree of certainity, the dog will get the surprise attack approximately 3 weeks later after the initial injection of NDV or serum, and then it gets really bad. From the time of this first attack to the end the dog will die in 7 days unless the drastic proceedure is done on the dog involving Cerebral Spinal tap most preferred within the first 12 hours after the first attack. Interestingly at same time Newcastles now can cure Fading Puppy Syndrome, cure dogs that have stomach cancer, and in humans as well, and wipes out distemper in the dogs body blood stream and also changes the cell structure as well, and does a miracle in the Cerebral Cranial Cavity and kills distemper in the brain area as well. THE BIGGEST SURPRISE IS YET TO COME and since I am not a VET it is interesting to know Canine Distemper is the same as human measles regarding the virus and those inflicted with MS syndrome such as some well known people like Ali the former boxer or the kid that played Back to the Future. The surprise is Newcastles Vaccine is maybe the cure against MS> since MS also attacks same area like the dogs with distemper inside the Cerebral Cranial Cavity ( the top part of the spinal cord stem that connects to the brain), and the cells that are attacked is the Schwann cells which is the primary connector for moving your hands or to see or to speak or bark or walk etc. Such has not yet been tried on a human being with MS to find out. From what we do know is that it worked on a dog that could not walk and yet was able to walk again about 10 days later and the damage went into regression getting repaired. This NEWCASTLES DISEASE VIRUS is some powerful stuff. and still much is unknown how much more it can do. So many questions but very few answers. To find out we need to raise about 3 million dollars and if we get that much >that lab will be set up and then the answers can be found. Doc Sears and I do not have that kind of funds. Hope you make contact to the Doctor, and tell him I sent you to him. He knows me. Mention my dogs name Toni and Charlie and he will know. He also knows a whole lot more than I will ever know cause he is a Vetenarian and probably the best one in USA as far as I am concerned. I owe him a lot cause he saved my dogs their life. The biggest problem is finding a Vet that knows Cerebral Spinal Tap proceedure who will put in the Vaccine or the serum. Many will not do it and risk such because society today is so litigious, and also do not want to risk losing their license etc. Also you will encounter a lot of resistance because these vets will say impossible and will be in a denial mode. Doctor Sears might get lucky enough to get it published soon provided a certain person does put it into the medical journal books. Once that happens then maybe some vet will try it and do Doctors Sears magic. Well Doc Sears has saved over 500 dogs with Distemper while the Vet next door has lost that many and is in denial mode and still not believe such being possible. This Distemper is extremely deadly to dogs, HIGHLY VIRULENT AND VERY CONTAGIOUS to many animals, yet two animals are practically immuned and never get the disease. > Rats and Mice. Even dolphins, whales and some fish get distemper >cows and elk and so on. So as to recap it is still the same virus that people get and its called measles in humans. If the human person has no vaccination against measles and then is around a dog with Distemper that virus will kill the human being. I was in the position of desperation and could not find a way to make the serum let alone find a donor dog. I had to go direct straight to Newcastles Vaccine to do the job. Result is it saved my dogs their life, but only 1 since that time died because I could not find any Nupogen to build up the white blood cells and no one wanted to do the desperate Spinal tap. Here is the scorecard for me 5 dogs got infected with Canine Distemper. The first one died because I did not know the dog was infected until I saw the chewing in the air fit. 4 dogs remain alive. After that I under desperation gave full vaccinations to the 4 remaining dogs same day the first one died. All 4 appeared well and in good health. Little did I know that they too were infected. After watching them having fevers after the vaccine injection I suspected something was dead wrong. I started doing a lot of searching on the web and came across that persons story. Well I could not make the serum and was desperate. I finally made contact to Doctor Sears, and he told me how to get the Newcastles Vaccine. Next morning i went out and found it and put it to the dogs 2 hours later. After that the burning stopped and the dogs got healthy again after 48 hours. I then did the WBC test 3 days later. Little did I know that low WBC is a bad omen. So 3 weeks went by and I was thinking all is going to be OK. Boom on October 5th Toni one of the survivors started her wildness went crazy and running around and climbing the wall and finally I go ahold of her she was foaming in the mouth. I knew something happened and suspected Distemper. Her body was cleared of the disease, but it snuck inside the brain somehow changing its properties and remain hidden for 3 weeks and then something triggered it and it went full steam ahead. I became desperate and tried to get some specialists to do the Cerebral Spinal tap and none wanted to do it. Therefore I lost Toni a few days later and she died by my side. Scorecard 5 infected 2 died 3 still alive. My situation is still ongoing. The three remaining dogs had higher WBC counts than Toni and currently show no symptoms yet, 4 weeks since the NDV and now they got a Parvo/Corona shot which is desperately needed to prevent parvo since where I am at has no Tamiflu to treat Parvo infection. Currently I do not know if the distemper breached the blood brain barrier on the three remaining dogs. Only time will tell since it will only come suddenly if they have it. How deep and how far the distemper got to their nervous system remains to be seen in the coming days ahead. That is why I now know so much of this disease. I still owe Doctor SEARS a lot because if not for him I would have lost my entire 3rd generation of Dachshunds by now. go figure
