My small breed dog was neutered eight days ago. He has been having hic-cups and the last few days making sounds like he is trying to clear his throat. Today this happened several times. Could this be connected to the surgery? I am taking him to have stitches removed in two days and am wondering if anyonelse has heard of this reaction.
