Advice after NDV Body & Spinal Tap

My beloved Dori had both procedures successfully done in Austin, TX by the wonderful in many ways Vet that is there. To sum it up for the time being.....she contracted distemper Aug 24, started showing signs about 10 days later and the ticks started about September 9th. When we took her in Wednesday Sept 30th for both NDV treatments the Vet explained that we brought her almost within minutes/hours too late. I now beleive she had at least 2-3 suttle seizures the day before and day of the procedure. The night 10/1, 30 hours after the NDV procedures she had another seizure more intense this time and couldn't walk and was stiff. The next morning after feeding/medicating she still couldn't walk. Later on that day 10/2 she was able to walk again 6 hours after the seizure. However, after having a good day she had an evening seizure and another overnight and has not walked since. It is going on 24hours now. She still eats and drinks and has some eye problems. Her local vet supports us even though she thinks we should euthanize her and our Vet who performed the NDV treatments definately thinks we should wait at least a couple of more days. I know if the treatment didn't take she will die any day now, but I also know if the treatment did take and we are just dealing with the damage that was done while the CDV virus was still alive could still take her. Any advice, is it possible that she could still pull through?

update: Dori took a few steps this morning and her seizures seem to be under control w/the medication. She had her last one friday evening. (She had total of 3 before then). We are really interested to see if she can pull through and/or have some recovery.
