Need some help with my 8 month old Boxer puppies aggression

I have 2 Boxers Cookie and Rocky. They are 8 months old and siblings. Two weeks ago they started fighting over toys and treats. The first couple of times I was able to break them up. These last 2 times I was not able to stop it with verbal commands and I had to spray them with the hose to break them up. I have 2 children 13 and 7, I also run a home day care and I am concerned with the childrens well being. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
