I may have been exposed to a rabid skunk. Although at the time I did not think there was any danger.
The animal was in my chicken house.... I discovered it early in the morning around 2:00 am... I took the chickens out... set a trap and coaxed the animal in the trap with a stick. Then carried the trap out of the pen ... slowly and carefully. I never came in contact with the animal.. but like an idiot transported it elsewhere and released it.

Now I am worried. It was a month ago. I have been having headaches... tired and muscle aches in my legs.. No fever.

Any chance I could have gotten rabies from just the spray?

Go to your doctor and have a blood test done and exam. You have to be bit to catch rabies

You probably coming down with the fluuuuuu.
