My dog just ate a piece of chocolate cake

My Jack Russell just ate a piece of whiote mud cake. Can anyone please tell me if this will cause any health problems for him? Thank you. Kay.

I would call the vet and talk to him.. If you can't get a hold of a vet go to a pet store and get some charcoal tablets they will absorb some of the toxins. a small amount might not hurt him but if you need to make him throw up..
A Tablespoon of Hydrogene Peroxide 3% will safely induce vomiting for chocolate

Who told you to give a dog a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide?????

Secondly it depends on how much of a piece of chocolate cake the dog ate. A little bit is not deadly. It takes a lot of chocolate for it to become poison to the dog. Now if it ate pure cooking chocolate or any chocolate that is like a solid bar, then it is a very much different story.
