Calicivirus

Can the Calicivirus be transmitted to other animals? Im askin coz i work at RSPCA cattery and th cats have Calici. Im concerned coz i dnt want t infect any of th animals at college (im at Reaseheath studyin Animal Management) and i dnt want my pets catchin it.

As to your question here it is->Calicivirus is spread through direct contact with the saliva, eye and nose discharges, and sometimes the feces, of an infected cat.


So if your cat is infected it will also spread to other cats as well. It seems vaccines do minimize it but it does not prevent it.
